By accessing or using HASE, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Service Description
- ▸HASE is a temporary sharing utility for files and text.
- ▸Shared content automatically expires after a configurable time (default 24 hours, max 7 days).
- ▸No account is required. Shares can optionally be protected with an access key.

Usage Limitations
- ▸Maximum file size is 100 MB per upload.
- ▸Lifetime of a share is at most 7 days.
- ▸Rate limits apply to prevent abuse and may change at any time.

Prohibited Content
- ▸Illegal material of any kind under Indonesian law.
- ▸Malware, viruses, or anything designed to harm systems or users.
- ▸Content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
- ▸Personal data of others shared without consent.
- ▸Harassment, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
- ▸Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance.

Content Responsibility
- ▸You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.
- ▸Anyone with the link (and access key, if set) can access your share — treat links as public.
- ▸We do not inspect content proactively but will investigate reported violations.

Service Availability
- ▸We aim for reliable service but provide no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
- ▸We may perform maintenance, remove violating content, or suspend the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability
- ▸The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
- ▸We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms
- ▸We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
